Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted with product replacement or a full refund within 7 days of receiving the item. However, returns are limited to the following cases:

    1. Damaged or defective products:
    If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify our Customer Care team immediately at support@nandaayurveda.com. We will initiate a refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference, after necessary verification. Please return the products in your shipment along with the original packaging if applicable.

    2. Incorrect product shipment:
    If you discover that we have shipped a different product, please notify our Customer Care team at support@nandaayurveda.com upon receiving the item. We will arrange for a refund or send a replacement product, depending on your preference. Please return the products in your shipment along with the original packaging if applicable.

Cancellation Terms and Conditions

  • If you cancel your order before it is dispatched from our warehouse, a cancellation fee of Rs. 150 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

  • If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, the shipment cannot be cancelled. In this case, please refuse the delivery when it arrives.
    Once the shipment is returned to us, and after deducting the Rs. 150 cancellation fee and any applicable shipping charges, the remaining amount will be refunded to your original payment source.
